By submitting your phone number you are providing express written consent for Owning directly or through its agent, emails, calls and/or text/SMS messages at the telephone number provided to Owning, and further to receive emails, calls and/or text/SMS messages at the telephone number you have provided (including wireless telephone numbers that could result in charges to me) even if your telephone number is a cellular number or on a corporate, state, or the National Do Not Call Registry (DNC) or other do not contact list. You further agree that if you gave us a mobile phone number in your application, or if you later gave us a mobile phone number, we may contact you by text message on that mobile phone notwithstanding the fact that there is a possibility that a third party may see our text message to you, and you represent that any mobile phone number you gave us or will give us is your mobile phone number alone. The manner in which these emails, calls and/or SMS/text messages are made may include, but is not limited to, the use of prerecorded/artificial voice messages and/or using an automatic telephone dialing system. These contacts may be telemarketing or advertising in nature. You may opt-out at any time by calling 855-514-6464 or by emailing us a Do Not Call Request at customersuccess@owning.com and providing your phone number. You are not required to provide this consent as a condition of doing business with Owning. By communicating with us by phone you also consent to calls being recorded and monitored.
